T5M Linen is an outcome of work that has been performed in the linen hire industry in Australia where it was determined that a key factor to the success of a linen hire operation was the provision of reasonably priced linen of consistently good quality.

A factory has been sourced in Mumbai where the linen is produced from material that is manufactured under strict ISO-9000 quality controls. The factory has the capacity to produce 10,000 pieces per day and is small enough to be responsive to the needs of individual customers.

The factory is committed to the long term supply of product into the Australian market and understands the importance of consistent quality and flexibility. T5M has a very close relationship with the Indian factory.

The range of products has been deliberately kept small to ensure focus on the available products. Because of its small size and close relationship with the factory T5M Linen can cater for specialised orders outside its normal range.

The pictures and videos show that the factory facilities are fairly basic, but the fact remains they still work and produce very good quality product for a reasonable price. The factory is firmly committed to providing a product which has a consistent quality. My arrangement with this factory is based on a long term relationship with the owners who are personally known to me.
