T5M’s Principal, Duncan Aplin has significant experience in all commercial aspects of large corporations at both site and corporate level as well as a number of small businesses. His involvement in the ‘turnarounds’ of a number of operations has given him the confidence of knowing what can be done and how it must be done to be successful.

Over the years he has found that his hands on style and ability to understand what is important to the ‘grass roots’ operators has been of great benefit. The capacity to translate between both management and accounting personnel has helped ensure that tasks are completed for the right reasons. His recently completed MBA has added the theory to his extensive experience.
